Isabelle McPhail was my great-grandmother. She died shortly after I was born in 1961. I was told by my mother (nancy Pridham (McPhail) that my great-grandmother and I "met" in August i1961 when I was a newborn. Her husband died at any early age (late 30s) and she raised 6 children - including my grandmother (Marion). The family moved from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Central Ontario in the 1910's. Her youngest child, Douglas, passed away in 2003.
