Samuel Flanagan was born on February 28, 1885 in Dry Fork, Tucker, West Virginia to Robert J. and Melvina Flanagan. [1][2]
As yet there is no record of Samuel's death, but he appears to have died young. In the 1900 Census his mother claims 6 children, 3 living. Those 3 children, living under her roof at the time, did not include Samuel. [3]
