Biography
Charles was the youngest child of Edmond Fleetwood & Winifred Sparkman. He was a soldier at Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma when he met his wife, Lucinda Morgan, there in 1834, after her arrival with an immigrant group of Cherokees.
He married Lucinda Morgan on 05 Jul 1835 in Ft. Gibson, Cherokee Nation Indian Territory, Oklahoma, daughter of Hosea "Ocie" Morgan and Ave "Awee" Wolf.
