Mayflower descendant Moses Rowley, Jr. -- whose mother was the granddaughter of Pilgrims Edward Fuller and his wife, a couple who were among those lost during the first, terrible winter at Plymouth -- married Jan 1675 at Barnstable[1] a woman named Mary, but her maiden last name is uncertain.
While her surname has not been proven, she is often called Mary Fletcher in various sources. There is another claim that her (previously-married?) surname was Troop.
Mary (____) Rowley died in Connecticut before January 1714,[2] at East Haddam -- in an area where many of her descendants would reside for decades after her departure.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Mary by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Mary:
Fletcher-2877 and Unknown-285712 appear to represent the same person because: Fletcher-2877 was associated with Moses Rowley in the creating GEDCOM source but was somehow lost. I would be happy to clean out the messy formatting if desired
