Biography
Arthur was born in 1883. He was the son of Isaac Fletcher and Martha Starnes.
He married Elizabeth Emma Starnes in 1911.
They sent on to have seven children.
His wife passed away in 1953.
He passed away in 1962 at the age of 79.
