Johann was born in 1753. He was the son of Heinrich Flick and Elisabeth Unknown. He passed away in 1820.

Married to Suzannah Varner, date unknown, at Chambersburg, Franklin, Pennsylvania.[3]

In the name of God Amen. I Henry Fleek Sr. of Hampshire Co., and State of Virginia considering the certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time of it, Do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say:

1st I desire my just debts duly paid and my body decently interred at the discretion of my Executors.

2nd I give to my wife Susannah The Mansion House, gardain and one stable and the two blacks namely Rose and Wade, two cows, one horse, two sheep, 1 hog and as much produce and other necessities of or shall be sufficient for her support during her natural life to be furnished out of the payments of produce due to me from my two sons Henry and Solomon Fleek.

3rdly I desire that all my personal Estate otherwise shall be divided equally mongest all my sons and daughters, then to their heirs.

4thly I desire that my grand daughter Susannah Fleek be paid two hundred dollars to be raised out of the money due to me from the Said Henry and Solomon to be paid to the said Susannah when she becomes to be of age.

5thly After my wifes decease I sesire that the two before named Negros be sold by my Executors and all my personal estate be divided equally amongst my sons and daughters and to their heirs.

And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons John Fleek and Henry Fleek Executors of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all others or former Wills or Testaments by me heretofore made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed seal this 31st day of July in the year of One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen and of Independency the Fortieth year.
