Frederick was born in 1892. He was the son of Charles Floyd and Rebecca Woods. He passed away in 1972.

I remember riding in the car with grandpa driving. It was a standard and was always lurching. I believe my brother would volunteer to drive him. The ride was smoother then!

Grandpa Floyd loved butterscotch candies. Somehow he would stretch the wrapper and tie them together and made a huge ball.

When Grandpa Floyd stayed with us he kept a stash of Hershey chocolate bars in his desk draw. Every once in a while he would give us kids one!
