Louisa Flynn was born in 1883 in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India. She was the daughter of George Flynn and Elizabeth Axen. Louisa married Harry Stephens on 11 October 1911 in Vespery St Mathias, Secunder, India. She passed away in 1943 in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England.
