He married Lucy Carpenter in 1800 in Attleboro. Their children included:
Hannah Follett Rooker - 1800-1864
Jonathon M. Follett - abt 1802 - aft 1855
Lucy Follett Perkins - abt 1805 - 1852 David C. Follett - 1810 - 1887.
His first wife Lucy passed away in 1814.
He then married Jemima (Unknown) Follett about 1815-1817. They had children including:
Warren Follett - 1818-1854
George L Follett - 1820 - 1889
Ezra Follett - 1822 - 1857
Hiram Follett - 1825 - ?
Juliette Ann Follett - 1830 - ?
He passed away in 1838 at age 61.
