Biography
Mary Fonda, daughter of Johannes John Fonda and Egje van der Zee, was baptised on 13 Nov 1757 at the First Dutch Reformed Church of Albany, Albany, NY. Mary was wed to Dirk De Freest on 24 Oct 1784 at the Dutch Reformed church of Albany. Mary and Johannes De Freest had at least two children: John R. De Freest and Rev. David R. De Freest. Mary Fonda DeFreest died on 25 Jul 1844 and lies buried at Section 3, Blooming Grove Rural Cemetery, DeFreestville, NY.
