They are probably the William Fordham who married Ellen Sell in Therfield in 1543, and William Fordham who married Joan Tomlin in Therfield in 1564. This William would have been born in about 1544. The two daughters mentioned in his will were under the age of 21. (Hertfordshire Names Online)[3]
