Karen (Forsythe) Schmitz is a member of the Forsyth Name Study Project.

Karen Marie Forsythe born in 1956 in Missouri, USA the daughter of John Hugh Forsythe and Dolores Ethel (Herman) Forsythe.^[1]

Karen attended Lindbergh High School. She later attended Maryville University earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA.

Marriage and Children

Karen married Michael Schmitz in 1979 and they had two children.

Work

Karen worked for many years including document management and database management, then in software validation and quality for the pharmaceutical industry.

Retirement

Karen was active in Clan Forsyth Society, St. Andrews Society, and the St. Louis Bible Students Ecclesia. She ran an Etsy store selling handmade jewelry and mixed media items and was an avid quilter, painter, and generally super crafty person.
