Biography
Oliver was born on May 16, 1899 and passed away at September 19, 1899. He was the infant son of John Ciphus Fortenberry & Riley Ann (Scates) Fortenberry.
He was laid to rest in the Lockney Cemetery in Lockney, Texas.[1]
