Bogalusa, Louisiana was home town to both my father (Fortenberry) and mother (Quave). My father was career Air Force so we traveled overseas and domestically. I served in the Air Force (1976-1978) until my father's death in 1978. I was stationed at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts from 1977-1978, then lived in Bogalusa, Louisiana; Amarillo, Texas; Woburn and Pepperell, Massachusetts, and have lived in Newburgh, NY for the last 18 years. I am determined to know my family's complete genealogy as far as is possible.

Its apparently not the same person. I've updated my Jane Simmons and she is the wife of Jasper A Cunningham. The daughter of Abraham Simmons 1811 – 1888
& Mary Mullenax 1813 – 1860. I've opened up her privacy setting as well. Sorry about the delay. I'm way behind.
