Marie Olympe Fortin was born on April 10, 1842 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Bas-Canada to Abraham Fortin and Théotiste Miville. She was baptised the next day at the local church. [1]
On July 30, 1842, Marie Olympe died at age 5. She was buried at the local cemetery on August 1st. [2]
The Olympe mentioned in the census below is most probably her sister, Alexandrine, born 1844-3-30. The PRDH has no other mention of a Olympe being alive at that time. (Boudreau-1232 22:04, 10 May 2021)
