Biography
Ruth S. Foster was born at Machias, Maine, about 1792 (if age 18 at time of marriage), the daughter of John Wooden Foster and Lucy Chase; [1] [2] probably died before 11 Jun 1870, when her husband is enumerated without her in the household of their son, Charles. [3]
