Alfonces was born in 1867. She was the daughter of William Foster and Jane Sullivan. She passed away in 1935.[1]
Abt 1887 Married to John Welch Jr. By this marriage she had children, Jessie, Sarah Jane, Frederick James, Tennesse Belle, Newton Franklin,Minnie & Ida.
In 1910, John (56) & Elizabeth (43) are enumerated in Fed. Census living on Dunlap Rd in Hamilton County, Tenn. His occupation is given as farmer.
