Findagrave provides a DOB for Anna, June 29, 17(56)[6]. This raises questions about the dates on the memorial, which are not confirmed in the sources found here.
It seems likely that she died as noted in FindAGrave, October 9, 1841, and that she is buried in the First Brooklyn Cemetery.
