Biography

Asa Foster was born about 1710 in Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, son of Daniel Foster (~1670 - ) and Mary (Dresser) Foster (1670 - ). He was baptized in Topsfield, Mass on Jan 21, 1710/11 (1711 per current dating guidelines). [1]

Asa married Hannah White (~1721 - 1763) on 4 Feb 1744 in Lebanon, Connecticut[2]. Their children were:

  1. Mary Foster I
  2. Samuel Foster
  3. Daniel Foster
  4. Asa Foster II
  5. Mary Foster II
  6. William Foster
  7. Hannah Foster
  8. Ephraim Foster
  9. Alpheus Foster.
