-page 183: The Universalist society at Jacksonville was organized Dec. 31,
1849. At this meeting the society adopted a constitution and by-laws and a
profession of faith. Parley Starr Jr., David Jillson Jr. and Obed Foster were
choosen directors.
--page 209 Town Business - Whitingham February 16, 1820. -Recieved of
the Selectmen of Whitingham an Order on the Town Treasurer for Eight
Dollars and twenty five cents in full for building a Cage for Mr. Bemis.
