Thomas Foster was born February 4, 1711, and christened at Saint Barnabas Church, in Queen Anne Parish, Prince George's county, Maryland, the son of John and Elizabeth Foster. ^[1]

On November 25, 1735, in Queen Anne Parish, Thomas married Sarah Cross, daughter of George Cross. ^[2]
