Biography
William was born on 20 January 1797 in ?. He was the son of Frederick William Foster and Anna Louisa Eleanora La Trobe. He married Mary Bagshawe in Norton, Derbyshire on 23 Juanry 1817.[1] William died at the age of about 31 in 1829.
