Biography
I believe that Mary Jane Foster and Wiley Scroggins' "unknown" spouse are likely the same person.
Also, it is possible she is the Mary Jane Scroggins listed as a sibling of Wiley J. Scroggins, living with his parents Hanson/Henson Scroggins and Malinda Scroggins (maiden name Carpenter).
But Mary Jane is a common name and it is not unlikely he could have sister named that, and then also later on marry a Mary Jane. The household information was taken from the 1860 census.
