Biography
Elizabeth was baptised at Burton Agnes, on 15 April 1760. Her parents George and Anne were from Haystrop.[1][2]Haisthorpe[3], Haystrop, or Hayftrop, was "between Kilham and the Ocean" according to the 1775 Complete Gazetteer of England and Wales. It's 1¾ miles ENE. of Burton Agnes and 4 miles SW. of Bridlington.[4]

At the age of 27 she married James Noble, who was 21, on 19 Dec 1786 in the Parish of Nafferton, Yorkshire, England. According to the Bishop's Transcripts, the marriage was by Banns.[5][6]

James and Elizabeth had at least 7 children and those we know of were baptised at All Saints Church, Nafferton, Yorkshire, the place of their parent's marriage. Baptised were;
Elizabeth was 29 and James 23 when Ann was baptised and they were 39 and 33 respectively when it was Bessey's turn.
Elizabeth was in her 70th year when she died on 15 February 1828 according to her burial headstone[15] She was buried on 17 February 2021 in the North Frodingham churchyard and she had been residing in Frodingham.[16]
