Jeremiah Foster was one of 81 pioneers in the Donner Party wagon train to California that became snowbound in the Sierra Nevada in 1846.

Biography

Jeremiah Foster was a member of the Donner Party. See Donner Party.

Jeremiah Foster was born on August 25, 1844 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. His parents were William Foster and Sarah Murphy.

He died in March 1847 in Donner Lake Camp.

His remains were consumed by Lewis Keseberg.
