Biography

Louisa Foster was born in April 1869 in Westfield, Sussex, her father, Spencer, was 35, and her mother, Sarah, was 31. She married Arthur Pennington Spray in 1899 in Hastings, Sussex. She died on 17 May 1939 in St. Leonards, Sussex, at the age of 70.
