Phillip was a weaver and his household goods listed in an inventory taken at the time of his death included a broad loom. The will and inventory only named a brother, William Fowler. [2]
Phillippe was buried on 7 May 1607 in Calne, Wiltshire, England.[3] It was noted in the parish register that Philip was a victim of the Plague.

His parents may have been Thomas Fowler and Matilda Coolum who were married at Calne in 1565.
No children for Phillip were baptised in Calne.

Fowler-9448 and Fowler-230 appear to represent the same person because: I think these are meant to be the same person in spite of slightly different death date.
