Biography
Samuel was born in 1841. He is the youngest son of John Fowler and Mary Ann De Rosier.
He married Jane Clark in 1861.[1]
He passed away in 1915[2] and was buried in Riwaka Cemetery, Tasman District, New Zealand.[3]
