Biography

Lucile was born on 30 August 1896 in , BOTETOURT, VA. She was the daughter of Howard Clinton Fowler and Nettie Crumrine (Stein) Fowler.^[1]

When Lucile was 26 she married Paul Cephas Moomaw on 29 May 1923.^[2]

Lucile died at the age of 84 on 13 December 1980 in Camp Hill, Cumberland Co., PA.^[1]

Lucile was buried after 13 December 1980 in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro, Franklin Co., PA.^[3]
