Jemima was born Feb 1, 1758. Married 29 Jan 1781 in Prince George County, Maryland. Died 27 Sep 1814 per headstone in Sappington Cemetery and family records of May Sprinkle, great, great granddaughter to Jemima

Jemima's husband John was enlisted in the Revolutionary War at age 25. After the war, he moved with his family from Maryland to Boonsboro, KY in 1794 where he improved a farm and built a distillery. He sold his farm and moved to St. Louis County in 1804 where he purchased a tract of land one mile by three miles. Jemima and John's 17 children all lived to the age of marriage.
