Garrett was born after 1855. He was the son of Wm. Fowler and Elida Unknown. He passed away after 1878.[1]
According to the 1880 US Census for Flagg, Ogle, Illinois, twenty-four-year-old Garrott Fowler was a married white male farmer of the Flagg area. He was married to twenty-year-old Ella (Denslow) Fowler, whose mother also lived in his household. Garrott passed away after 1880.
