Biography
Roscoe was born 11 October 1877 in Mankato, Blue Earth County, Minnesota.[1] He was the son of Thomas Seabury Fowler and Catherine Asenath King .
He married Ellen May Fowler on 17 June 1910 in Owatonna, Steele County, Minnesota, in a ceremony performed by Rev. Milton G. Schuman at the Owatonna Methodist Episcopal Church.[2]
Roscoe died 6 January 1959 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan,[3] and he is buried in Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park South in Kalamazoo.[4]
