Notes

As a descendant of Thomas Fox of Cambridge, MA, this Thomas is mentioned in the book "A history of that part of the Fox family descended from Thomas Fox of Cambridge, Mass." However only his birth was reported. It was speculated that he moved to CT. His saga is continued in another book, "Thomas Fox of Concord and his Descendants" by Fox, William F. (William Freeman), 1840-1909, page 11". He is referred to as a great grandson of Thomas Fox of Cambridge, Here we find that he married and had children in CT.

An extensive list of his descendants (he had 11 children) is contained in the book: "The history of Woodstock, Connecticut", by Clarence Winthrop Bowen, Volume 5, starting with page 82.
