Biography
Phillip was born in 1782, the son of Heinrich Fox and Anna (Kimmel) Fox. He was christened at the Lutheran and Reformed Union Congregation in Adams County, Pennsylvania, on 28 December 1782.[1] He relocated to Columbiana County, Ohio, before 1812, when he was married there to Sarah Roller.[2]
In 1850, Phillip (67, PA, Farmer) and Sarah (63, PA) were in Hanover Township, Columbiana County, Ohio. Also in the household were Lovina Fox (27, OH) and Elizabeth Tetters (15, OH), of unknown relationship.[3]
Phillip passed away in 1856 [needs documentation], likely in Columbiana County, Ohio. No burial or estate information found.
