ODESSA Alfred John Fox, 87, of Odessa, passed away November 10, 2010, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born November 14, 1922, in Ava, New York, to Alfred John and Isebelle Fox. He served in the Army. He drove for North American Trucking Company for many years. Alfred was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Dickie Lee Fox and Altie John Fox. He is survived by his former wife, Mary Fox of Odessa; daughters, Sue Banks and husband Garry and Sandra Freeman Hinkle and husband Billy, both of Odessa; sister, Irene of New York; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grand children; and five great-great-grandchildren. Family received friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, November 12, 2010, at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 13, 2010, at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
