In the 1910 census Charley (age 68), Farmer, was the married head of household in Green Sulphur Springs, Summers, West Virginia, United States.[4]
Charles died on 17 April 1913 and was buried in Fox Cemetery, Summers County, West Virginia, United States.[5]
