Margaret Frank was born about 1806 to 1810 in Frankfort, New York, a daughter of John H. Frank III (1775-1859) and Anna Margrate Gerlach (1775-1858).
She became the first wife of William Skinner.
Margaret (Frank) Skinner passed away about 1846 to 1849.
