Frances (Franks) Eldridge was born in Icklesham, Sussex, England.

Frances Franks was born in Sussex in 1797. She was most likely the daughter of John and Sarah Franks, baptised in Linchmere on 29 January 1797 ^[1]

William Eldridge and Frances Franks were married in Cocking, Sussex on 13 November 1817. Witnesses to their marriage were Benjamin Wingham and Hannah Dear ^[2]
