John Hutcheson Fraser was born on 13 October 1823 and was baptised on 27 November 1823 in Killearnan, Ross-shire, Scotland, United Kingdom. His parents were John Fraser (~1789 - 1850) and Hannah Hutcheson (~1793 - 1858)[1].
