Biography
William was baptised on 6 January 1762 in Petty, Inverness-shire, Scotland. He was the son of Donald Fraser and Elspet Clark.[1]
Research Notes
Isobell and the second William have just 5 months between their baptisms. Neither show the mothers name - this area has plenty of Fraser families. It is probable that one or even both are not the child of Elspet Clark. More research/information required
