Note on Find a Grave for Peggy: Peggy Carter was the first wife of John C. Frazier, married to him 5 Feb 1821 in Greene County, TN. The Frazier clan migrated from Greene County to Putnam County, IA about 1830. Peggy apparently died around that time, but there is no record of her death or burial in either TN or IN. Thus her death date and place are my speculation. Kent D. Myrick or Darleen J. Chipman.
