Orval was born on August 3,1896[1], in Sticklerville, Sullivan, Missouri[2]. He is the son of Ora Newton Frazier and Lula Ridenour.
Prior to WWI Orval was working for his Father Ora Newton Frazier in Lenore, Nez Perce, Idaho[3]
On August 30, 1918, he enlisted in the Military during WWI[1]
On January 24, 1919, he was released from Military duty[1]
On September 22, 1922, Orval Frazier and Rosa Mathew were married in Clearwater county, Idaho<ref?Rosa Lee Mathew Idaho Marriage>/ref>

He passed away on August 12, 1976[1], in Lewiston, Nez Perce, Idaho and is buried in the Vineland Cemetery in Clarkston, Washington[2].
