Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
Freeman-2188 and Freeman-3148 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same person. I found no evidence of either John Freeman having alternate parentage as was suggested 5 years ago. It’s time to merge these profiles.
Freeman-3148 and Freeman-2188 are not ready to be merged because: There are 0 references for Freeman-3148. Descendants of Freeman-3148 seem to match without incident down to Freeman-3146 which is an undocumented child (and no reference provided) of Phoebe (Kinne) Freeman and John Freeman (Freeman-1426). For this lineage to be correct, must first understand if Stephen Freeman is a son of Phoebe and John Freeman.
You and I Share some Shoults family and have corresponded in the past. The Shoults family is on my maternal father's side. My Freeman family is on my maternal mother's side. I'm just wondering - how do they fit in with your family???
Cheers
