Morgan Porterfield Freeman was born in 1915. He was the son of Hubert Freeman and Evie Anderson. He passed away in 1961[1].
Morgan P. Freeman was the son of Herbert (or Hubert) Freeman and Evie. In 1920, his mother, 29, was remarried to Alonzo Cortledge. They were living in Leflore with Morgan, then 5, and his two brothers Jesse, 9, and Willie, 7[2].
