The 2019 edition of the Brewster Silver Book does NOT include Patience or Hope as children of Elisha and Lydia Freemen. Their (11) children are listed as: Eunice, Mary, Lydia, Simeon, Elisha, Barnabas, Nathaniel, Phebe, Lothrop, Lothrop, and Zoeth.[14]
Lydia Freeman, wife of Elisha died on December 30, 1755[15]
In 1759, Elisha Freeman, along with John Doggett, Samuel Doggett, and Thomas Foster, on behalf of themselves and the other persons hereinafter mentioned, have made application to for a township within this Province[16]. The Liverpool records show Elisha Freeman was a widower when he emigrated to Liverpool with six sons and three daughters[1]
