Biography

Samuel Carpenter, son of William and Abigail Carpenter, married Sarah Redway, dau. of James, May 25, 1660. Their son Jonathan Carpenter was b. Dec. 6, 1672; d. Aug. 23, 1716; m. Hannah French, daughter. of John and Hannah (Palmer) French on March 13, 1699. She died Feb. 13, 1747-8.
