Biography

Seward was born in 1891, the son of Charles French and Minnie Paige. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

He married on 05 Aug 1919 at Hyde Park, Vermont to Esther Burford Prisley ^[4] and they had children: ^{[5] [6] [7] [8]}
