Biography

Elizabeth French was born at Ipswich, Massachusetts on October 9, 1673, ^[1] daughter of John and Freedom French. ^[2]

She married married about 1690, Samuel Pomeroy, as his first wife. ^[2] He was born May 29, 1699 at Northampton, son of Caleb and Hepzibah (Baker) Pomeroy. ^[3]

Elizabeth died at Northampton on June 22, 1702. ^[4]

After her death, Samuel married second, Joanna Root. ^[3]
