Magdalena immmigrated to the United States in 1852 with her husband, Jacob Mosemann and their three daughters. They settled east of Lancaster.^[2]

Magdalena's son Philip Mosemann died on 6 January 1924 in Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. His parents are listed as Magdalena Frey and Jacob Moseman.^[3]
Magdalena died on 5 December 1868 and was buried in Gehmans Mennonite Cemetery, Brecknock Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, United States. Children listed at that time were: Philip Mosemann, Michael Frey Moseman and Barbara Gehman^[4]
