Biography
Joseph Frey was raised on a farm in Fallon, Nevada. He left there and joined the Air Force during WWII. He was a crew chief (mechanic) for the airplanes. He worked for Washoe County Department of Transportation before the war and after the war. He then married Anna Wallner Spining and moved to Tahoe where he worked on boats for the Tahoe Boat Company and later the Sierra Boat Co. before he retired.
